My approach in therapy integrates depth-oriented psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness-based practices.

Through psychodynamic therapy, I can help you better understand and resolve long-standing issues that may be keeping you stuck.  Incorporating cognitive-behavioral techniques, we can improve daily functioning by changing negative patterns of thought and perceptions, decreasing emotional reactivity, and ending behaviors that are no longer useful.  Adding mindfulness-based practices will assist you to stay present and reduce stress.
